1. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your event space reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, the following refund policy will apply:

– Cancellation with ample notice: If you cancel your reservation well in advance, typically at least 30 days before the scheduled event date, we will provide a full refund of any deposit or payment made.

– Cancellation with moderate notice: If you cancel your reservation within a moderate timeframe, typically between 15 to 29 days before the scheduled event date, we will provide a partial refund, which will be subject to a cancellation fee or deduction for any costs incurred.

– Last-minute cancellation: If you cancel your reservation within a short notice period, typically less than 15 days before the scheduled event date, we will not be able to provide a refund. This is because we may have already incurred significant costs and made arrangements based on your reservation.

2. Rescheduling: In some cases, we may be able to accommodate a rescheduling of your event to a different date or time, depending on availability. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the options. Any payments made will be applied towards the rescheduled event, subject to availability and all applicable fees.

3. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other emergencies, we reserve the right to modify or cancel event space reservations. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which will include rescheduling or providing a refund.
